When I first decided to do the 6 week challenge I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into. My first day was definitely one of the most intense workouts I have ever been through in my life. I've gone to regular gyms and had what I thought were good workouts but I had never been as sore as I was after my first day at Crossfit X-Treme. I will not lie part of me wanted to quit but everyone in the class was really supportive, encouraging me to push myself and now I have made through the first week and a day and I woke up this morning feeling extra refreshed. Each day is hard but it is definitely worth it. And I will tell you this, if you don't know what an AMRAP is than you haven't worked out!!!

We just completed the Belly Fat Blast Challenge 6 weeks of a structured eating style with high protein and for someone who is always fluctuating weight, this challenge is definitely maintainable. I’ve been a member of this gym for 3 years and have done a lot of the different meal challenges and by far they’re all good in their own way but this one I am dropping at least 1-2 pounds a week and I’ve lost 12 pounds total almost 7 weeks, and I plan to continue eating like this forever it’s a great challenge to be able to maintain for the long run! In addition to making it to the gym 3 to 5 days a week and working out with some amazing trainers! In the last year I’ve had a lot of health issues, and I’ve always suffered with mobility issues, and this Gym will modify workouts to what you need to continue coming, and I greatly appreciate that!
